when you upgrade your water heater tank, consider the tank less heater. it will save quite a bit on the long run. it will allow to have hot water anytime you need it. this will not only save you financially but also space, as you don't have any in your coconut brain cell. well i am glad you are doing something that no one else is able to accomplish, that is buying your first home.
