I started exercising again!!!

I got tired of feeling tired so I started exercising.

Slow and steady for now. I have been doing sit ups, push ups, chair dips, and arm curls with light dumbbells.

That plus the heat, I have also increased my water intake. I need to go and pick up more multivitamins and calcium supplements.

I couple of weeks of this and I add cardio.

I expect to tone up and build my endurance relatively quickly.
If any of you have any great exercise tips, let me know!!!
