Eric and Dani's Wedding 12-9-2006

It was the first time I had been on Vashon Island. It was a quaint island that had a small town/rustic feel to it. I didn't even see one Starbucks.

The wedding day started out pretty rainy, but by the time we were photographing, the rain stopped and we had some good light coming through.

The bride stayed at the Keepers Dwelling of the Point Robinson's Lighthouse. The dwellings were actually pretty cozy. Problem for the groom, as I understand it, he was also supposed to get ready there. The bride was off getting her hair done, and he couldn't get in. He wound up getting ready in a handicapped port-o-potty.

We took some photos by the lighthouse. Then we were off to the Burton Camp for the ceremony and dinner reception for 150+ family and friends. They had some pretty good food there, and I can tell you it was delicious.

Then we were off to the Vashon Sportsman Club for the dessert reception and the remainder of the festivities. All in all, a pretty amazing night with a great couple.

Well. Here are some photos. Check 'em out!!!

My last wedding of the season is next Saturday. Should make for another great evening!!!
